Special Commendation received
Jan 13th, 2016
We have been awarded a Special Commendation for our entry in the No.8@Arup design competition.
For the 2016 edition, invited practices were asked to design a stairway for Arup's London office that would elicit joy and generate delight.
Our goal from the outset was to propose an elegant and resolved stair concept for an object that would provide pleasure for the users of the building.
"The jury were so impressed by (the) entry, the presentation and the beautifully stunning model" that a special Commendation was awarded.
